Turkey Rachel Sandwich

Love a classic Reuben sandwich? Allow me to introduce you to the Turkey Rachel! What the difference, you ask? While a Reuben calls for corned beef and sauerkraut, it’s cousin, the Rachel, swaps these two ingredients for turkey and coleslaw. They are cousins; however, so the classic sandwich staples like rye bread, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing remain the same.
